As part of the Nordic Entertainment Group, we keep track of our carbon footprint and energy consumption, encourage green thinking and support environmental NGOs and campaigns. For example, we’ve identified international travel as our biggest emission factor, which is why we have introduced improved video conference facilities. Virtual face-to-face meetings are now easy to set up and manage from any office. We make sure that all companies that are part of the Group operate in a sustainable way.
An ethical business culture is a key aspect of our commitment to making a positive social impact. We engage with stakeholders as part of our everyday business, and continuously involve them in our corporate responsibility activities and goal-setting processes as part of our materiality assessment. Our staff and suppliers maintain the high standards of behaviour that are set out in NENT Group’s Code of Conduct and anti-bribery and corruption policies. We follow the UN Global Compact Principles and its Freedom of Association Standards set by the UN’s International Labour Organization (ILO). Our open attitude ensures that employees are free to join unions or bargain collectively. We endeavour only to work with suppliers who also respect and enforce human rights.
